Cllr Brennan has, still not received a reply from the Leaders of the Council — Cllr Maggie Tyrrell (Liberal Democrat) and Cllr Ian Boulton (Labour) — regarding:
- the reinstatement of the right-hand turn,
- the JAQU report update, and
- a comprehensive review of the Ring Road.
Liz raised these issues again at yesterday’s meeting of the Cabinet at South Gloucestershire Council.
Liz also brought up the current nightmare network issues around Frenchay and the School Bus incident that we saw last week on Cleeve Wood Rd.
Sadly, the Cabinet failed to give any guarantees.

Liz said: “I will continue to press the Council on this issue on behalf of residents. I am disappointed in the lack urgency and action by the Lib Dem/Labour-run council. It feels like that they are somehow detached from the reality of how this impacting communities and just how awful it is for residents.”
